Job Overview:

Testing of raw materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.

Responsibilities： 

1.Raw materials, manufacturing process and finished product batch inspection, and timely input of data into LIMS system.

2.Maintain test records and ensure traceability

3.Maintain and keep records of the equipment according to the plan.

4. Assist in inventory management of laboratory consumables and reagents

5.Maintenance Measuring Instrument Calibration Management.

6.Other responsibility/tasks assigned by superior (no more than 10% weight to overall).

Requirements： 

1.Bachelor's degree or above

2.At least two years of laboratory testing experience, experience in oil and additive testing is preferred, and total acid value and total base number are preferred.

3. Knowledge of chemistry, polymers, paints and lubricants

    Have basic knowledge of MSA

    Experience in calibration training

    Basic quality knowledge

4. Able to use common office software, SAP and LIMS working experience is preferred.

   Chinese, English reading and writing

   Conscientious and responsible, attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and have a habit of document management
