Job overview:

Execute the daily blending schedule via DCS system for both lube and coolant, ensure that key targets for safety, production, cost and quality are met.

Responsibilities:

  1.    Emerson system management
       Execute the daily blending schedule via DCS system and WMS system for both lube and coolant, meanwhile fulfill quality and safety requirements.
    -    Daily check all the resources readiness of RM, pipes, tanks, etc. per process orders
    -    Check& confirm and load daily process orders into blending system.
    -    Monitor and drive onsite operators for system cleaning, material loading and batch change over, etc.
    -    Monitor and record DCS data, judge and deal with abnormal situations in time, and report to Shift Leader and Supervisor.
    -    Monitor and check the material status in storage tank and support filling workshop for filling process orders.
    -    Operate the utilities for blending system.
  2.    Coordinate the base oil unloading at the jetty/Vopak and plant tank farm areas.
  3.    Support Shift Leader for new production introduction (NSD), safe launch plan, abnormal process issues, RCFA for quality issues.
  4.    Support Shift Leader for MOC execution.
  5.    Provide necessary training to peers and contractors.
  6.    As backup of Shift Leader, optimize the resources such as the manpower and the equipment, improve the production efficiency and volume;
  7.    Research the technical problem in production operation, raise the solutions.
  8.    Ensure concerned quality and safety control can be effective enforced.
  9.    Housekeeping management to make the workshop clean and tidy.
  10.    Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements: 

-College and major in chemical engineering or chemistry field.
- At least 5 years working experiences in multinational company and 3 years working experience for DCS operating in chemical industry, lube or coating.
- Working experiences in automotive industry will be added advantages.
- Knowledge of P&ID, SEQ, simulation, blending and filling processes, utility operations.
- Knowledge of Lube products, especially for the products compatibility will be added advantages.
- Knowledge of planning tools, PFMEA, and control plan will be added advantages.
- Knowledge of Lean, TPM will be added advantages and hands on shop floor experience.
- Familiar with DCS, SAP and WMS systems.
- Operating experiences for Emerson DSC system will be added advantages.
- Knowledge of IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001和ISO45001.
- Simple Reading and Writing in English.
