Job Responsibilities: 

The Material Handler will maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment. loading and unloading pallets and hand packs using a forklift. Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted. Pick orders while utilizing inventory system, track all materials and movements into D365/ERP. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, other warehouses, drivers, and supervisor to ensure orders are picked correctly for deliveries.  Pull orders from reporting system. All around housekeeping and miscellaneous jobs around the warehouse

 

  • Performing material handler duties. Picking orders for shipping.  Picking orders for Ad Warehouse and managing communications with Sales department.
  • Inbounding inventory into ERP system, counts, transfers, outbound.
  • Preparing inventory for shipping out, installing software on tablets, configuring tablets and battery testers for active use.
  • Handle warehouse backup duties for warehouse manager.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
