Opportunity:

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Quality Controller to join our team in Wetherill Park.

 

You will be responsible for maintaining Quality Control and monitoring the production processes to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Procedures and relevant work instruction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Valvoline Quality Management System against ISO 9001
  • Perform inspection of all packaged product as per the requirements of the supplier classification
  • Ensure operators follow Quality Procedures
  • Log and facilitate all packaging and production non-conformances
  • Act as an internal Auditor for all activities within the Wetherill Park facility
  • Perform analysis and report on Quality Control performance


To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years industry experience
  • Relevant University or TAFE education preferably Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental management
  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and understand the importance of adhering to the requirements
  • Have great knowledge working in a manufacturing safety environment, with an understanding of allergens, risk management and customer audit requirements
  • Experience working with Qudos would be an advantage
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
