How You'll Make An Impact
In this role you will support Supply Chain execution for Valvoline Mexico team. Working with national WH, logistics providers, and other partners to ensure an efficient supply chain.
This role is an in-office work schedule (3 days per week) in our Guadalajara, Mexico office.
Responsibilities includes
- Manage import/export processes with customs brokers and logistics providers ensuring documentation and costs are appropriate, compliant, and accurate.
- Process supplier invoices and freight costs in SAP, manage work flow of invoices with accounts payables team
- Responsible for initiating, tracking and solving non-conformance reports on all service failures and capturing corrective actions on domestic deliveries.
- Responsible of tracking and publishing On time delivery Metric for deliveries.
- Supports on wall to wall inventories execution.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
What You'll Need
-
Bachelor’s Degree in business, international trade, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Logistics and Importing
- Commitment to customer service
- Good Communication Skills (English is a plus)
- Analytical Skill Set
- Ability to identify and solve problems
What Will Set You Apart
- APICS certifications
- SAP and Transportation Management Software experience is plus
