Job Purpose

This role serves as the technical lead for supporting, integrating and optimizing ServiceNow (SPM) and Adobe Workfront to enable end-to-end demand, portfolio, and work execution workflows. You will design, build, and maintain custom automation, integrations, and platform capabilities that connect strategy to delivery. Acting as the primary technical authority across both platforms, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and partner closely with IT and business leaders to improve operational efficiency and visibility.

 

How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)

You will be the technical backbone that connects strategy, demand, and delivery across the enterprise. By owning and evolving the integration between ServiceNow (SPM) and Adobe Workfront, you will eliminate manual handoffs, reduce friction between teams, and create transparent, end-to-end workflows that leadership can trust.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Enable better decisions by designing integrated solutions that provide real-time visibility into demand, capacity, priorities, and execution.
  • Increase operational efficiency by automating workflows and reducing duplication, rework, and tool fragmentation across platforms.
  • Raise platform maturity by defining integration standards, architectural patterns, and best practices that scale globally.
  • Translate complexity into clarity by partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.
  • Future-proof delivery workflows by building flexible, extensible integrations that can adapt as business needs and tools evolve.
  • Own the ServiceNow–Workfront integration architecture
  • Act as technical decision-maker for cross-platform workflow design

 

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

  • Technical skills:
    • 8+ years of combined experience with ServiceNow and Adobe Workfront platforms on developer expert level.
    • Service-Now Certifications in:
      • ServiceNow System Administrator
      • ServiceNow Certified developer
      • ServiceNow SPM
    • Adobe certifications in:
      • Adobe Workfront group administrator
      • Adobe Workfront Fusion administrator
      • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules for ServiceNow
    • Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion, templates, forms, integrations and report configuration
    • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations (ebond)
    • Strong agile background
  • Organizational skills:
    • Solid understanding of business process design and workflow optimization
    • Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
    • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive leaders.

 

Competencies Desired

  • Additional Service-Now module certifications and experience are a pre:
    • ITOM, BCM, TPRM, PRM
    • CSDM 5.0
