We are seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud and Server Infrastructure to lead the strategic planning, deployment, and optimization of our cloud and on-premises server in an agile environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure while driving modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), virtualization, and data center management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Oversight of MSP activities relating to Infrastructure Services activities to ensure services are provided according to contractual obligations. Participate in meetings to discuss issues and provide input to work toward resolution and service improvement.

Develop and execute the company’s cloud and server infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Drive automation, standardization, and best practices to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem server infrastructure.

Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities for all server and cloud environments.

Optimize cloud spend and resource utilization through cost-effective scaling and governance policies.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure agility and security.

Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud and on-premises servers, including access controls, monitoring, and encryption. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.

External contact – individual have regular contact with various vendors regarding support issues and technology updates

What You’ll Need

The ability to travel up to 5%
Education Required:
-
BS or equivalent experience
-
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect.
Experience Required:
-
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 7+ years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises server management.

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience managing Agile projects.

Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Experience establishing and monitor KPIs for system uptime, performance, and incident response.

Experience in configuration management, patching, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
