Job Purpose
To manage and execute end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management for Rest of Asia (ROA), ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and high service levels across the supply chain.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Demonstrate ownership and leadership in managing 3PL warehouse operations and Freight Forwarders, including conducting periodic performance reviews, audits, and compliance checks
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and KPIs with logistics partners to ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance
- Responsible for end-to-end inbound activities including transaction in SAP within stipulated timelines
- Ensure robust inventory control across all stock points, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and accurate reporting within defined timelines
- Proactively manage blocked, slow-moving, or damaged inventory, driving corrective actions to minimize losses and write-offs
- Responsible for end-to-end outbound activities including dispatch planning, shipment scheduling, vessel/transport booking, and SAP execution to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze logistics performance (e.g., delivery delays, import/export issues), identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive action plans
- Act as the subject matter expert for logistics and warehousing, providing guidance and solutions to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare and present regular reports on dispatch performance, inventory status, and logistics costs
- To strategize and plan to support overall business growth and sustainability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and best practices to enhance efficiency, service levels, and scalability

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (regional experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of import/export processes, incoterms, and regional logistics practices

Experience working with 3PL providers and freight forwarders

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
