Description:
Job Purpose
To perform logistics activities such as inbound, outbound and inventory management for ROA (Rest of Asia) operations.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- To demonstrate leadership by managing 3PL warehouse activities and Forwarding Agent includes conducting 3PL periodic performance review and inspection.
- To develop SOP and KPI with warehouse providers and also to ensure deliverability within KPI and compliance with SOP.
- Responsible for end-to-end Inbound activities including transaction in SAP within stipulated timelines
- Ensure adequate controls are in place for managing inventory in all stock points for all business and ensuring that reconciliation is completed within stipulated timelines
- Actively engage in management of block / partly damaged stock and ensure minimal loss / write-off of blocked inventory due to mismanagement / negligence
- Responsible for end-to-end Outbound activities include providing dispatch planning/scheduling, vessel booking, transaction in SAP, and ensure dispatch are executed as per the schedule
- To take lead by engaging; analyzing; developing and execution of action plan for non-compliances on deliveries and imports
- To be regarded as the Logistic and Warehouse expert in providing guidance and information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing dispatch, inventory and logistics cost report
- To strategize and plan to support overall business growth and sustainability
- Continuous review and implement process improvement for efficiency and effectively
