Job overview: 

As an NPR Procurement Specialist, will be responsible for the company's non-production goods and services procurement, ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and cost control of the procurement process. This role will work closely with various internal departments to meet business needs and establish long-term stable relationships with suppliers.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Deeply understand the company's business needs, communicate with relevant departments, and determine indirect procurement requirements and plans.

2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring that supplier quality, service, and pricing meet company requirements.

3. Negotiate with suppliers, discuss contract terms and pricing, and ensure that contract content aligns with the company's interests.

4. Handle issues related to suppliers, such as delayed delivery and quality problems, and take appropriate measures to resolve them.

5. Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement activities. 

6. Manage the procurement process, including procurement plans, purchase orders, procurement contracts, and other links, to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.

7. Ensure that procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, adhering to ethical and business ethics standards. 

8. Regularly conduct supplier performance evaluations and provide references and suggestions for future supplier selection.

9. Organize and analyze procurement data, produce corresponding reports, and provide data support for the company's decision-making. 

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, business administration major will be preferred.

2. Minimum 5 Years’ experience in indirect procurement, familiar with procurement  process and supplier management.

3. Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence and engage people

4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5. Familiar with relevant regulations and business ethics standards, with good professional ethics.

6. Teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.

7. Pro-active behavior, with the ability to take actions quickly. Familiar with

    procurement process flow (RFP, RFI, RFQ, vendor management etc)

8. Familiar with SAP, SAP business warehouse, Microsoft Word, Excel operation.

    Fluent in English both in written and oral communication. 

     Strict business ethic and compliance awareness.

   Proactively solve problem and think of solution.

    Business result driven mindset, self-started personality.

    Being strong in quick action and decision making. 

    Strong in communication skills both internally and externally.
