JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned region by managing sales team, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, reviewing market analysis and monitoring profit objectives. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring for the regional sales team and advance their professional development, conducting sales effectiveness and efficiency. Grow strong business relationship with distributors and increase market share of the products. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the desire and ability to identify new business needs, areas of improvement and objectives through data backed decision making that will empower them to make recommendations on appropriate business initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target, including revenue, volume and profit and market share goals.
-Develop sales plans and programs to increase market penetration within region.
-Conduct business strategies to achieve YOY growth and 3-5 year long range plan.
-Manage the regional team, developing annual sales targets and growth plans for distributors, and tracking the performance.
-Implement sales activities with responsible sales staff through periodic meetings with distributors.
-Identify new business needs or customer needs, willing to take initiatives on new product, service and business solutions.
-Provide seminars and sale events with sales staff and distributors to local installers.
-Provide individual coaching and professional development to each member of the regional sales team.
-Plan and coordinate quarterly regional sales meetings.
-Recruit, develop and train sales staff with clearly communicated sales and overall performance goals.
Candidtes Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Experience:
More than 8 years of working experience in auto related industry, managerial experience is preferable.
Demonstrated good experience of sales and commercial related field, experience in lubricant oil industry or aftermarket is preferable
Knowledge:
Good communication and skillful in MS office.
Good selling and presentation skills.
Language requirements:
Bilingual language capability with fluent in English.
