Job Purpose
The role is responsible for developing and implementing channel and RTM development strategies and execution plans tailored to all channels (primarily focus on IAM) with aligning on overall China business objectives, collaborating with cross functional team including marketing, sales team and all stakeholders to ensure resource readiness, clear goal setting and results delivery. Moreover, develop and deploy distributors development/management plan and scorecard, contracts management, and conduct distributors administration and supervision. Also, lead and support to manage spending budget coming from sales/price rebate.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Develop and implement RTM strategy to support and grow distributor network including city profile and network development plan, annual RTM policy, distributor ROI model, etc.
- Work with sales team to lead the initiatives of distributor management programs including new distributor recruitment and on boarding programs, regular performance monitoring and scorecard scheme (such as ABP, QBR etc.) to ensure sustainable business development in the designated cities and regions.
- Work with sales team to lead and initiative distributor capability enhancement program, include distributor capability evaluation, performance, and management (ABP, QBR etc.), sell-in/sell-out related programs.
- Develop channel conflict management policy, support sales team to management cross boarder sales or online sales conflicts by implementing necessary measures and monitoring programs.
- Support company sales transformation program, with the engagement and development of training programs to sales and distributors to ensure operational quality and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, route-to-market, distributor management, channel development or commercial excellence roles.
- Strong understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM), channel development and distributor management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market and business data to support decision making.
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
