Job overview:

As an NPR Procurement Specialist, will be responsible for the company's non-production goods and services procurement, ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and cost control of the procurement process. This role will work closely with various internal departments to meet business needs and establish long-term stable relationships with suppliers.

 

Responsibilities:

1.    Deeply understand the company's business needs, communicate with relevant departments, and determine indirect procurement requirements and plans.
2.    Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring that supplier quality, service, and pricing meet company requirements.
3.    Negotiate with suppliers, discuss contract terms and pricing, and ensure that contract content aligns with the company's interests.
4.    Handle issues related to suppliers, such as delayed delivery and quality problems, and take appropriate measures to resolve them.
5.    Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement activities.
6.    Manage the procurement process, including procurement plans, purchase orders, procurement contracts, and other links, to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
7.    Ensure that procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, adhering to ethical and business ethics standards.
8.    Regularly conduct supplier performance evaluations and provide references and suggestions for future supplier selection.
9.    Organize and analyse procurement data, produce corresponding reports, and provide data support for the company's decision-making.
 

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree, business administration major will be preferred.
•    Minimum 5 Years’ experience in indirect procurement, familiar with procurement processes and supplier management.
•    Teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.
•    Pro-active behaviour, with the ability to take actions quickly
•    Being strong in quick action and decision making.
