OPIS POSLA:
- Pokrivanje tržišta: Srbija, Makedonija, Kosovo, Albanija
- Odgovornost za izgradnju i rast direktnog i indirektnog prodajnog poslovanja i mreže unutar definisanih tržišnih segmenata, sa posebnim fokusom na tradicionalne distributere.
- Proširivanje distributivne mreže širom definisane regije kroz namensku saradnju sa distributerima.
- Povezivanje i obilazak ključnih kupaca zajedno sa distributerima u cilju ostvarivanja i/ili daljeg rasta poslovanja.
- Obezbeđivanje adekvatne podrške i brige za distributivne kompanije u okviru odgovornosti (uključujući tradicionalne distributere, OEM partnere i krajnje kupce).
- Ostvarivanje godišnjih poslovnih planova i ciljeva (obim prodaje, profitabilnost) definisane teritorije, uključujući proaktivno upravljanje strategijama cena i programima plasmana u postprodajnom segmentu.
- Funkcija prve kontakt tačke za tehničke i komercijalne upite na dodeljenoj teritoriji.
- Saradnja sa Pravnim sektorom (ugovori, due dilligence) i preuzimanje uloge eskalacione tačke za operativna pitanja koja Služba za korisnike ne može da reši (fakturisanje, isporuke, kreditni limiti).
- Upotreba podataka o kupcima I tržištu radi efikasnog razvoja i sprovođenja programa poslovnog razvoja koji omogućavaju brze prilike za rast poslovanja.
- Razvoj i implementacija tržišno specifičnih prodajnih i marketinških programa u saradnji sa Marketinškim timom, kao i deljenje najboljih praksi unutar organizacije.
- Rad na terenu I putovanja (75%)
- Izvršavanje svih drugih obaveza dodeljenih od strane neposrednih rukovodioca
- Upravljanje službenim vozilom kompanije.
Licence/sertifikati:
- Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
- Znanje stranog jezika: Engleski jezik
- Godine iskustva: Minimum 3 godine na sličnoj prodajnoj poziciji u industriji maziva / automobilskoj industriji ili srodnim oblastima
- Prethodno iskustvo na istim ili slicnim poslovima
- Dokazano iskustvo u iniciranju, strukturiranju i realizaciji komercijalnih ugovora sa eksternim partnerima, kroz direktne i indirektne prodajne kanaleIskustvo u međufunkcionalnoj saradnji, uz dokazano prethodno angažovanje sa više disciplina (komercijalna, tehnička, finansijska, pravna)
