This position will support the day-to-day blending operation by maintaining the schedule, having direct supervision of the blending team, performing quality tests and managing the ISO 9001 program.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products and blends
-
Supervise blending personnel
-
Lead project management for blending/bulk distribution
-
Quality Management Systems coordinator including ISO 9001 program
-
Maintain production schedule and purchase raw materials (bulk production and lab)

Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as maintain equipment maintenance intervals

Bulk inventory control coordinator
-
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
What You’ll Need
-
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering. Will consider Business

Labratory testing experience
-
Two years experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Production scheduling experience is preferred
-
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
-
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Experience in quality management systems and SAP are preferred
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
