How You’ll Make an Impact
The Packer position will be responsible for efficiently assembling kits of various products in accordance with production standards, ensuring daily output goals are met or exceeded.

 

How You Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily production goals
  • Perform various tasks along the production line, rotating as needed
  • Load and unload component materials and finished goods onto and off of pallets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following housekeeing standards
  • Operate equipment to load process components, ensuring efficent production flow
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

 

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior assembly line or production experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivator
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Must be able to stand for several hours
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs frequently throughout the shift
  • Must pass pre-employment physical
