As a Replenishment Planner, you will support the day-to-day operations related to supply chain and final mile delivery execution. This includes but is not limited to collecting and analyzing data to improve delivery performance, reduce inventory outages, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. The role will build strong relationships with internal and external supply chain stakeholders, as well as third-party distributors comprising the Valvoline supply chain network.
Description:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to customer shipments, inventory, and delivery agent performance.
- Assist with daily supply chain operations, including shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Generate and maintain reports to monitor customer KPIs related to fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory on-hand, and orders accuracy against sales.
- delivery issues caused by direct market short-ship, distributor stocking, order error, or other external factors.
- Utilize SAP, SNAP, and other related platforms to track shipments and inventory flow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures or delays and propose corrective actions
- Evaluate supply chain performance and identify areas of improvement in order to strengthen the Valvoline supply chain.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum four years of experience in distribution, logistics, customer service, or supply chain. SAP work experience preferred.
- Data Analysis Data Retrieving Process Documentation
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work cross-functionally

- SAP experience or equivalent ERP Experience
