How You’ll Make an Impact
The Regional account executive is a key commercial role in the Sales Department with the primary goal to develop and maintain business with current distributors but also to lead and reconstruct business in Poland where is needed. This consider active work on pipeline including new business involvement.

 

Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible for building and growing business with current distributors. Expanding channel within dedicated strategic accounts.
  • Achieves annual business plans and metrics (volume, profit) in responsible territories, including proactive management of pricing strategies and aftermarket deployment programs

  • Work on pipeline to attract activate and build new business

  • Using customer and market insight to develop effectively and execute business development programs that enable rapid business growth opportunities.

  • Develop and implement market specific sales & marketing programs by working together with the marketing team and share best practices across the organization

 

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5+ years in similar sales role within the lubricants industry.
  • A track record of initiating, structuring, and executing commercial agreements with external stakeholders, in direct and indirect channels
  • Cross-business collaboration experience. Demonstrated prior work with multiple disciplines is required (commercial, technical, financial, legal)
