Job Purpose
This role leads the regional marketing strategy, deliverables and team in East Europe, overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans that support the overall company strategy, distributor growth and achievement of the related objectives. They work closely with the regional sales team ensuring alignment with customer priorities and sales growth initiatives. This role leads, coaches and develops a team of marketing specialists ensuring clear KPIs and execution strategies are in place for the team.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Develop the marketing strategy, playbooks, value propositions and key initiatives tailored to drive growth for the distributor network across East Europe.
- Coordinate regional marketing planning through the team of marketing specialists. Oversee the timely roll-out of campaigns, promotions, activations, innovation projects and product launches and measure effectiveness through predefined set of performance indicators. Periodically present key updates, insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Work in conjunction with the sales team in planning, coordinating and executing campaigns, events and other lead-generating and brand building activities.
- Manage the relationship tied to local sponsorship deals, motorsports and others, ensuring we maximize the spend, experiences and local activations. Coordinate key VIP events ensuring a great customer experience and sales driving connectivity.
- Lead and develop the team of marketing specialists. Work on enhancing capabilities and team behavior within the group. Ensure proper KPIs, development plans and accountability for all team members.
- Be a pro-active partner for the sales teams (both direct and indirect). Strive for close working relationships with an open line of communications.
- Full responsibility for building and delivering go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, training, collateral, programs, competitive & data analysis and other supporting tools in their area.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews with key distributors across the region. Ensures their team provides the necessary support and attendance for other business reviews and customer functions as required.
- Actively provide feedback (direct or through the team) on the market, such as competitor info, pricing and trends to the respective departments
- Manage the assigned budgets through diligent planning, execution, and tracking of all programs and marketing spend.
What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- Advantage: Master's degree or higher
- Minimum: 8-10 years of (B2B) marketing experience.
- Advantage: Experience of working at/or with parts distributors in the automotive, lubricants or similar industry

- Adept at using Office 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
