Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support a range of HR projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to meaningful people-focused projects while developing core HR and project management skills.

 

How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects across areas such as talent management, employee engagement, and process improvement
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for internal stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and HR records using tools such as SharePoint
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas for enhancing HR operations

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration/document management systems
  • Comfortable working with data and digital tools

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous internship or project experience (academic or extracurricular) is a plus

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements / Travel Requirements
