Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We prefer local candidates willing to work an in-office work schedule (3 days per week).
How You’ll Make an Impact
Valvoline Global Products is seeking an energetic Senior Marketing Specialist to drive installer channel marketing success through our partner solutions and consumer promotions programs, including Vperks, Rev Up, Stickerbucks, and VSpiff. This role will integrate technology, promotions, training, and brand execution to fuel incremental sales and boost customer engagement across our network, with a focus on our third-party distributors within the US.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing programs, providing installers easy access to customizable, brand-compliant advertising through our mar-tech stack and vendor partners.
- Lead efforts to revolutionize our offerings, vendor selection, and management to enable through-channel marketing automation. This includes integrating partner co-op and marketing development funds for a one-stop shop system to enable consumer traffic-driving marketing services.
- Support the full ecosystem of Valvoline Performance Rewards, including Rev Up, Stickerbucks, and VSpiff programs — including internal communications, enablement, external marketing materials, reporting, and fund management.
- Manage our consumer rebate program, Vperks, to include promotion development, enrollments, and ongoing creative executions and engagement.
- Deliver internal and external training and customer support for marketing platforms, program guidelines, promotion execution, co-op fund accruals, approvals, and claims submission processes.
- Monitor and report on all program performance to stakeholders to ensure business goals and objectives are being met.
- Collaborate and support our Product/Platform managers with key initiatives to deliver on planned volume commitments and new product launches through our partner solution suite of programs.
- Serve on project teams to develop and lead initiatives for the installer channel business, localizing global sponsorship opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and financial integrity across all marketing and promotional activities.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, digital marketing, trade promotion management, or marketing automation platforms.
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong understanding of co-op marketing programs, media fulfillment, and campaign analysis/reporting.
- Excellent project management, communication, and training skills, with the ability to support a diverse customer network.
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
