Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We prefer candidates willing to work an in-office work schedule.

We are currently accepting applications for our Legal Internship Program for Summer 2025.

In The Role, You Would Be Responsible For:

• Supporting Litigation and Commercial Teams
• Conduct legal research on a wide variety of legal topics, including employment, IP, and marketing/advertising
• Draft and/or review vendor and commercial contracts
• Attend depositions, mediations, and potential trials

What You’ll Need

Students must be entering their Second year or Third year in Law School
