Job Overview

The purpose of the European Replenishment Planning Coordinator is to ensure that finished goods are in the required warehouse at the right time within the Valvoline European Warehouse network, and that we supply our customers from the most convenient and cost-effective source.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that finished goods are in the right place at the right time within the Valvoline European warehouse network to meet customer demand.  Tools used include (but are not exclusive to) SAP, OMP.
• Management and replenishment of stock levels throughout the warehouse network
• Continuous review of supply lanes to ensure we are moving inventory in the most optimal way
• Identify supply and process bottlenecks
• Determine and track related KPIs
• Overview and maintenance of related MRP settings

Preferences and Requirements

Work Experience

• Experience of working in a Logistics and / or planning environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Good Microsoft skills
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
