Job Purpose
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD / Order-to-Billing (OTB) Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience to provide functional leadership, Level 3 support, solution design, and continuous improvement across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role will work closely with business and technical teams to resolve complex OTB issues, deliver enhancements, support implementations, and ensure scalable, standard, and supportable SAP solutions.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Provide Level 3 functional support for complex SAP SD/OTB incidents, problems, enhancements, and service requests across ECC and S/4HANA.
- Own end-to-end OTB processes including sales orders, contracts, deliveries, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, pricing, taxes, credit management, and SD-FI integration
- Design, configure, and support SAP SD functionality including sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, copy controls, partner/text determination, material determination, pricing, taxes, account determination, delivery, and billing
- Serve as an SME for SAP pricing and condition technique, including pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, exclusions, requirements, customer/material pricing, freight, and surcharge logic
- Support S/4HANA Condition Contract Management / Settlement Management, including rebates, accruals, settlement, business volume, reconciliation, and Finance/CO-PA impacts
- Troubleshoot billing issues such as billing blocks, invoice splits, billing due lists, failed billing, collective billing, invoice corrections, background jobs, and output determination
- Analyze root causes across configuration, master data, integrations, user processes, authorizations, and custom developments, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Tax, Logistics, Master Data, and other business teams to understand requirements and provide practical solutions
- Coordinate with ABAP, FI/CO, MM, Warehouse, Tax, Middleware, Basis, Security, Integration, and Reporting teams for cross-functional issues
- Lead functional design, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution design, testing, UAT, release activities, and production implementation
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration/process documentation, test scripts, root-cause analyses, and knowledge articles
- Manage incidents, changes, defects, and transports using ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM, Rev-Trac, or similar ITSM/change-management tools
What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
- Bachelor in related fields
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD / Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Billing experience, including implementation, enhancement, and production support
- Strong SAP ECC SD configuration experience with solid S/4HANA Sales/SD exposure
- Deep knowledge of sales order management, delivery, billing, pricing, taxation, credit management, returns, rebates, and SD-FI integration
- Strong experience with SAP pricing and condition technique, including access sequences, condition tables, condition types, pricing procedures, requirements, exclusions, and condition records
- Experience with S/4HANA Condition Contract Management / Settlement Management is highly preferred
- Experience with NACE and BRF+ output management, forms, and output integrations
- Working knowledge of ALE/IDoc interfaces, SAP APIs, middleware, and event-based integrations
- Experience preparing functional specifications for RICEF/WRICEF objects, interfaces, reports, forms, enhancements, user exits, and BADIs
- Strong understanding of SD integration with FI/CO, MM, Logistics/Warehouse, Tax, Master Data, and external applications
- Experience working within ITIL-based incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge-management processes
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Lubricants, CPG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Process Industries is preferred

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of complex issues, and drive resolution with minimal supervision
- Ability to differentiate between configuration, master data, process, integration, authorization, and development issues and determine the appropriate resolution path
- Strong commitment to clean-core principles, controlled change, regression testing, documentation, audit
