The role of a Growth Enablement Associate is to maximize the sell through of Valvoline Family of Brands at installers, subdistributors and WD affiliates. 

 

Role & Responsibilities...

 

  • Creates Valvoline lubricant and coolant demand with installers, affiliates, and sub distributors of WDs and Traditional Distributors via in-store visits, market visits, co visits with TD and WD representatives, and events (E.G. races, grand openings, conferences, exhibits). Documents all activities in Salesforce and provides follow up letters to appropriate stakeholders. This role will be mainly focus for SAG.
  • Planning, preparing, scheduling, and delivering training solutions to maximize Valvoline product growth with Installers, Affiliates, Trading Groups and Sub Distributors through group training (Valvoline Academy) and other forums.
  • New program and product launch & support (ex. onboarding new workshops, geographies, new product launches, new sales program support, etc.)
  • Supports cross sell and up sell activity
  • Deliver store and area level Insights & Analytics to drive organic sales results. For example: Ensure sell in/sell out across all appropriate affiliates, installers, sub regions etc. Ensure proper product listings, portfolio activations, stock rotation ratios etc.
  • Develops and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer partners
  • Provides competitor and market insights to the regional marketing, technology, and sales teams to drive and support the development of Valvoline Business.
  • Implements and drives market specific sales & trade marketing programs. Ensures execution and reporting to appropriate stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. Provides field based feedback of trade marketing campaigns back to various internal stakeholders.
  • Personal development: preparing for next role within Valvoline.  (i.e Account Exec, Sales, Team Leader)

 

What Sets You Apart....

 

  • BA Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years training experience
  • Familiarity with “do it for me”(DIFM) automotive, installer workshops, or heavy-duty market experience

  • Strong track record of training and/or sales experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Teams, PPT, Excel

  • Excellent English skills, written and oral. Other European languages a bonus

  • Planning & Organization (Project Management Skills, Detail oriented, Time Management, Business Acumen, Problem solving / Troubleshooting skills)
