How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Facility Manager II you are responsible for:

  • Leading the daily operation of the distribution center
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Planning and Logistics to schedule the work between both departments
  • Manage the safety, quality, costs, permits, environmental, maintenance and staffing requirements
  • Lead efforts to improve the operation, manage PIOs, develop budgets, lead daily operation meetings

 

Responsibilities Include

  • Cost responsibility
  • Environmental Health & Safety Metrics
  • Budgeting and Long-term planning goals
  • Inventory management and order fulfillment KPIs
  • Hiring and staffing, team meetings, coordination with leadership

 

What You'll Need 

  • Four year degree preferred Business/Supply Chain/ Logistics
  • Four year minimum experience in Distribution Center/Warehouse
  • Must be experience is MS office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
