How You’ll Make an Impact
Valvoline has a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an energetic, results driven and highly motivated Customer Service Van Sales Representative to join our team in Melbourne.
This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for servicing existing customers in addition to developing new business within a territory that primarily services the South-West Melbourne.
Responsibilities Include

Work collaboratively with your Territory Manager in the sales region

Achieve monthly sales targets

Prospect and win new business to increase your customer base

Manage existing customers relationships and growing our share of accounts
-
Effectively managing customer contact and daily call cycle

Maintain van stock and paperwork accuracy

Ongoing development of sales skills, product knowledge, customer service and teamwork
What You’ll Need
- The ability to apply basic computer skills (experience in CRM-based applications would be an advantage, but not a necessity).
- Ability to drive a big van.
- A valid full current driver’s licence.

- Demonstrate strong customer service and inter-personal skills.
- Field sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to function constructively within a team environment, as well as working autonomously to maximise sales opportunities.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
