Job Purpose

Drive sustainable growth across UAE and Oman by managing and developing Valvoline’s distributor network. Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets while enhancing brand visibility and market share.

 

How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)

 

  • Distributor Management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors in UAE and Oman.
  • Oversee annual business plans, sales targets, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide strategic support to optimize execution.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets across assigned markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within B2B, B2C, and workshop channels.
  • Lead market development initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and gather competitive insights.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and trade programs based on market dynamics.
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting, order planning, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance to deliver customer satisfaction. 
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Track KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed.

 

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales and distributor management, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of UAE and Oman market dynamics
  • Proven track record in delivering sales growth and managing P&L
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
