Job Overview:

Lead Supply, Production, Logistics & CSR in MEA to achieve operational excellence  and responsible for the optimal use of resources, capacity, raw material & energy.  

 

1.Vendor Development: Appointing and coordinate the contract manufacturers (toll Blenders) and raw material vendors. 

2.Placing orders for direct materials/services (contract manufacturer, 3PL, TPI) & Indirect purchases. 

3.Continually work with vendors to improve process efficiency & lead time of supply. 

4.Day to day operation business for material inbound and outbound delivery.  

5.Day to day OTC management and execution. 

6.work with regional stakeholders to optimize service level, cost & operation excellence.  

7.Assess readiness of suppliers to meet growth in volume & diversify risk, establish accountability, supply reliability & quality control of product supplied. 

8. Jointly with Procurement coordinate the BO, Additive & related third parties packaging vendors. 

9. Jointly with Logistics coordinate service support suppliers, transport companies, freight forwarders). 

8.Drive operation team’s performance through training & development and relevant KPIs. 

9.Ensure the stability of supply activities within regular and emergency interventions. 

10.Organize and ensure the standardization of order, procurement, transportation, and delivery management. 

11.Ensure efficient supply administration and provide adapted tools to support the various supply activities. 

12.Ensure ongoing customer service satisfaction through management CSR team and monitor KPIs performances. 

13.Train, and supervise the team through activities such as capacity-building, briefing/debriefing and evaluation of staff. 

14.Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or similar technical discipline.  

 

Work Expereince: 

10+ years of experience within supply chain, it is preferred that partially from lube business.  

 

 Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies :

  • Advanced Excel and Power point is essential. 

  • knowledge in SAP 4 and PowerBI is a plus. 

  • A proven track record to lead and drive operational improvement using process excellence tools. 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Supply Chain management experience including supplier, production & order execution processes in a Consumer-packaged goods or similarly complex sector. 

  • Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way. 

  • Ability to handle conflict and challenge status quo for improved process efficiencies. 

  • Team leader-coach: ability to lead, encourage and grow diverse talent in a complex landscape in the execution, strategies, and realization of functional and business goals. 

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, build positive relationships considering diverse perspectives & styles and gain cross-functional support to deliver strategy and objectives. 

  • Fluent English - spoken and written. 

  • Good presentation & data visualization skills 

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. 

  • Proactive with positive, constructive attitude.
