S&OP Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for all aspects and leadership of the Valvoline Europe S&OP processes. Establish and implement supply and planning strategy supporting our commercial business initiatives. Develop an efficient supply and planning strategy that provides industry leading service to our customers, through the purchasing, manufacturing, and delivery of our products, creating a competitive advantage for Valvoline and our partners. This role will lead, coach, and develop people while business partnerning Sales, Commercial, Finance & manufacturing teams.

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, primarily production planning, demand planning & S&OP
• Leading a team of 5+ people
• Preferred FMCG/CPG experience

• Travel Requirements: 20%-30% in Europe
