Job Overview
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining an environment that drives continuous improvement within all areas of the business
- Drive the implementation of and assure compliance with the applicable standards, such as ISO9001:2015 andIATF16949:2016
- Play a leading role in setting the standards, leading by example and provide quality training for all employees
- Internal Management System Audit Team coordinator and a key player in the Lean Manufacturing Team.
Role & Responsibilities...
- Maintain and control the integrated management system.

Creating and changing procedures for the Quality department.

Assisting other departments in writing process descriptions and procedures
-
Lead (multi-disciplinary) improvement teams and assist in projects for continuous improvement on Quality within all parts of the organization for solving internal/external Quality issues

Define specific quality requirements for both internal as well as outsourced production.

Responsible for performing root cause analysis on Quality incidents. Execute and manage the action plan from these analyses.

Responsible for leading the internal audit team and the timely execution of internal audits according to plan
- Assessing customer and vendor complaint responses.
- Participate in Quality assessments of third parties service providers and suppliers.
- Create User Stories in Sales Force; Create/Review cases in Sales Force
What Sets You Apart...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or a Technical and/or Management field of study.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality. A background in manufacturing or automotive industry related is a plus.
- Quality Core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Problem solving Skills (8D, Ishikawa, Why/Why, PDCA).
- Knowledge of the applicable standards, such as ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949.
- Experience in internal auditing and Lean.
- Communication and mediator competence.
- Presentation skills.
- Independent working behavior.
- Team worker.
- Proactive to customer needs.
- Hands on team player with high energy and enthusiasm for Quality matters and the ability to motivate others.
- A proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English
