Als E&I Engineer werk je binnen de technische dienst van Valvoline Dordrecht. De technische dienst is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het correctieve en planmatige preventieve onderhoud van alle assets op de locatie. Hiernaast vervult de technische dienst een centrale rol in de uitvoering van alle investerings- en onderhoudsprojecten alsmede modificaties (engineering en realisatie).
De E&I Engineer werkt mee in de technische dienst als all-round onderhoudsmonteur (incl. consignatiedienst). Hiernaast zal de E&I Engineer zich veelal bezig houden met taken/activiteiten/projecten omtrent bekabeling, frequentieregelaars, sensoren, PLC’s, relais, i/o kaarten, voedingen, omvormers, trafo’s, schakelkasten, besturingskasten, distributiepanelen en verdeelkasten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden...

• Borgen en optimaliseren van de goede staat van elektrische installaties, technische installaties en gebouwen & terreinen door het adequaat reageren en afhandelen van mechanische, electrische en besturingstechnische storingsanalyses en correctief onderhoud.
• Het optimaliseren van de beschikbaarheid van de installaties door het aanbrengen van verbeteringen en het zorgdragen voor de uitvoering van preventief onderhoud.
• Het uitvoeren van bedrijfsinterne inspecties en controle rondes incl. rapportages.
• Ondersteuning en begeleiding van eerste lijns onderhoud door de productie afdeling
• Het begeleiden, aansturen en afnemen van (door externe contractors) uitgevoerde werkzaamheden (on-site) en toezicht houden op en het borging van uitvoering van werkzaamheden volgens geldende normen, standaarden en procedures.
• Beheer en onderhoud van het reserve onderdelen magazijn
• Zorgdragen voor werkvergunningen voor zowel eigen personeel als contractors incl. procedurele afhandeling
• Het draaien van storings-/conignatiediensten TD op stand by basis. lndien (over)gewerkt moet worden (buiten
• storingen niet aansluitend aan werktijd) dient de conignatiedienst aanwezig te zijn.
• Optredend als Vakbekwaam Persoon (VP) E-Installatie conform Nen-3140 (Stipel)

Kennis en ervaring die je meeneemt...

• Diploma MBO/MTS richting elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek, automatisering, mechatronica, eerste monteur sterkstroom
• installaties, vliegtuigtechniek of middenkader engineering.
• Tenminste 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een technische dienst bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie.
• Opleiding VCA VOL
• Certificering vorkheftruck en hoogwerkers
• Certificering Vakbekwaam Persoon (VP) E-Installatie conform Nen-3140 (Stipel)
• Certificering Nen-1010 Basis veiligheidsbepalingen LS (Van der Heide) of vergelijkbaar
• Optioneel: Simantic S7 Basis (Systeemcursus 1A), Programmeren en storingzoeken (Systeemcursus 1B)

As an E&I Engineer you work within the technical department of Valvoline Dordrecht. The technical service is responsible for carrying out corrective and planned preventive maintenance of all assets at the location. 
In addition, the technical service plays a central role in the implementation of all investment and maintenance projects, including modifications (engineering and realisation).
The E&I Engineer works in the technical service as an all-round maintenance engineer (including on-call service). In addition, the E&I Engineer will mainly be concerned with decisions/activities/projects regarding cabling, frequency controllers, sensors, PLCs, relays, I/O cards, power supplies, inverters, transformers, switch cabinets, control cabinets, distribution panels and distribution cabinets.

Duties and responsibilities...

• Ensuring and optimizing the good condition of electrical installations, technical installations and buildings & grounds by adequately responding and handling mechanical, electrical and control fault analyzes and corrective maintenance.
• Optimizing the availability of the installations by making improvements and ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance.
• Carrying out internal company inspections and control rounds including reports.
• Support and guidance of first-line maintenance by the production department
• Supervising, directing and administering work carried out by external contractors (on-site) and supervising and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with applicable norms, standards and procedures.
• Management and maintenance of the spare parts warehouse
• Ensuring work permits for both own staff and contractors, including procedural handling
• Running TD breakdown/consignment services on a stand-by basis. If work has to be done (overtime) (outside breakdowns not adjacent to working hours), the consignment service must be present.
• Acting as a Professional Person (VP) E-Installation in accordance with Nen-3140 (Stipel)

Knowledge and experience that you bring with you...

• Diploma MBO/MTS in electrical engineering, control technology, automation, mechatronics, first electrician strong current installations, aircraft technology or middle management engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a technical service, preferably in a managerial position.
• VCA training VOL Forklift and aerial platforms certification
• Certification of Professional Person (VP) E-Installation in accordance with Nen-3140 (Stipel)
• Certification Nen-1010 Basic safety provisions
• LS (Van der Heide) or comparable
• Optional: Simantic S7 Basic (System Course 1A), Programming and Troubleshooting (System Course 1B)
• General work permits
