The person in this position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of domestic and international customer orders.  
Solving issues related to orders in cooperation with the customer relations department.
Informing the customer relations department and the planning department about the shortage of finished products.
Coordination of work schedules of warehouse workers and drivers according to work assignments. Monitoring the work of warehousemen of finished goods, forming the necessary documents and completing them in a timely manner.
Storage of goods according to safety data sheets
The Delivery processor is the primary point of contact for carriers and drivers arriving at the facility location, as well as updating all company systems with accurate information.
Collaborate with Customer Relations and Transportation to schedule shipments and resolve order and inventory related issues using SAP and other tools.
Issuing work and travel orders to drivers for transporting goods to a specific destination;
Monitoring fuel and tire consumption norms for trucks and being responsible for their reality. If necessary, making proposals for their change.
Organizing the transport of railway tank wagons according to the orders of other services. Reporting the failure of railway tank wagons to the maintenance service.
Compares mileage with fuel consumption at least once a month;
Keeping records on vehicle registration and technical inspections;
Making sure that the utilization of the vehicle is maximal;
Taking over the documentation on the transportation of goods from the driver;
Liability to the employer and state authorities for non-compliance with regulations in the field of traffic safety and transportation of goods;
Suggesting measures to improve the circulation of goods and services
Performing all other duties assigned by immediate managers
