As a Packer you will replenish, pick and pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts in fulfillment of customer orders shipping throughout North America. Orders are fulfilled using RF scanners and completed orders ship small parcel (UPS).

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Replenish air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts
  • Pick/pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts
  • Manually construct shipping cartons
  • Housekeeping- removing plastic, cardboard (bailing), emptying trash and sweeping floors.
  • Participate and comply with all safety orientated programs
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work M - F 7:30am to 4pm 
  • Pick / pack experience in a line environment

  • RF scanner experience

  • Experience opening cartons 

  • Replenishing and picking product experience 

  • Must be quality minded and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, this individual must have a strong sense of teamwork, a quick work pace and a friendly, outgoing demeanor capable of getting along well with co-workers and managers.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs frequently and 50lbs infrequently. 
  • Ability to stand, squat, reach and walk between 8 - 12 hours per shift. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
