Responsibilities Include

- Manage and participate in Product Line Management projects and communicate with internal and external entities.
- Lead product registration and compliance projects for EMEA.
- Monitor regulations and regulatory trends related to performance to assess the impact on Valvoline products.
- Develop regulatory policy, procedures, and strategies related to the regulatory aspects of products.
- Provide direction to the company on labeling requirements in accordance with regulatory agency requirements. Verify label accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and create compliant safety data sheets.
- Enter product data into necessary internal and external systems.
- Support requirements for product stewardship according to RC 14001.
- Knowledge of handling and transporting hazardous materials.
- Represent Product Regulatory with various Valvoline business units regarding regulatory and product labeling issues. Interact with customers about product concerns or regulatory requirements. Provide clear communications to internal and external clients about regulatory changes.
- Performing all other duties assigned by immediate manager.
HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK:
- Knowledge of all procedures related to employee safety: reporting accidents and workplace injuries.
- Informing management about any issues that pose a risk to employees.
- Adherence to safety rules, fire regulations, and all legislation related to health and safety.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Qualification: VI, chemistry or biology
Licenses/Certifications: Chemical Advisor Serbia
Foreign Language Proficiency: English language
Years of Experience: minimum 5 years
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in similar or related positions
- Knowledge of Serbian and European regulations related to chemicals.
- Proficient in documentation related to hazardous materials, such as GHS, REACH, etc.
- Oral and written communication skills in Serbian and English.
- Familiarity with RC (Responsible Care), ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
