How You’ll Make an Impact
Valvoline Global Operations is looking for a Product regulatory specialist to manage product compliance and registration projects across EMEA. The role includes monitoring regulatory developments, ensuring safety data sheet and labeling compliance, and supporting product stewardship initiatives. This position works closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to provide clear regulatory guidance. 

Responsibilities Include

• • Manage and participate in Product Line Management projects and communicate with internal and external entities.
  • Oversee product registration and compliance projects for EMEA.
  • Monitor regulations and regulatory trends related to performance to assess the impact on Valvoline products.
  • Provide regulatory advice and strategies related to the regulatory aspects of products.
  • Offer insights to the company on labeling requirements in accordance with regulatory agency requirements. Verify label accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and create compliant safety data sheets.
  • Enter product data into necessary internal and external systems.
  • Support requirements for product stewardship according to RC 14001.
  • Knowledge of handling and transporting hazardous materials.
  • Interact with various Valvoline business units regarding regulatory and product labeling issues. Interact with customers about product concerns or regulatory requirements. Provide clear communications to internal and external clients about regulatory changes.
  • Performing all other duties assigned by immediate manager

What You’ll Need

Educational Qualification: VI, chemistry or biology

Licenses/Certifications: None

Foreign Language Proficiency: English language

Years of Experience: minimum 2 years

What Will Set You Apart

Previous experience in similar or related positions

Knowledge of Serbian and European regulations related to chemicals.

Proficient in documentation related to hazardous materials, such as GHS, REACH, etc.

Oral and written communication skills in Serbian and English.

Familiarity with RC (Responsible Care), ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
