Job Overview
Reporting to the Europe Senior Marketing Manager, this role leads integrated marketing strategy and execution across Europe and CIS countries. It is responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns that build brand equity and drive measurable commercial impact. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing budgets, campaign performance, and a direct report while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Plans: Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Plans aligned with business growth objectives across Europe and CIS (15%)

Campaign Governance: Lead end-to-end campaign management framework and delivery across markets including planning, activation, and optimization (20%)

Digital Marketing: Own digital and performance marketing including paid media, content, and demand generation (20%)

Communications: Partner with Trade Marketing, Sales, Product, OEM and COE teams to drive communication, customer activation, promotions, and product launches in-line with Brand guidelines (15%)

Stakeholder Management: Be a Brand Ambassador: Partner and lead relationships with global Brand COE teams (Media, Digital, Sponsorships) for European regions. (10%)

Budget Accountability: Manage and optimize marketing (Advertising and Promotions) budgets ((estimated €1M–€2M range), to maximize ROI and efficiency including strategy to external partner collaboration with global COEs and local activation. (10%)

Team Leaderships: Manage and develop 1 direct report, 3 dotted line COE and oversee (>30) agencies/contractors (10%)

Pan-European and CIS responsibility across multiple markets with diverse customer needs (WDs and TDs). High autonomy in campaign planning and execution with significant cross-functional interaction across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Master’s degree is an advantage
