Opportunity 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Product/Brand Manager to join our team in Baulkham Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

 

In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics in accordance with company goals and the strategic objectives.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to define product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Participate in market research projects to understand the needs and drivers of the market and provide recommendations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of advertising and promotions and analysing the effectiveness against targets & objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

  • Work with the Senior Product Manager in achieving and maintaining channel marketing budgets and marketing plans.

  • Liaise and seek engagement of other departments for the implementation of key marketing initiatives.

  • Actively participate in all marketing meetings.

  • Communicate all relevant marketing information and data to all key business managers and sales personnel within your assigned business channel.

  • Provide customer centric marketing support aligned with account profitability.

  • Ensure that the company complies with Australian Consumer Law.

     

To be successful, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification with a marketing discipline

  • 1-2 years of Marketing Assistant experience, or in a similar role

  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative 

  • Great communication and organisation skills

  • Attention to detail 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to be computer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
