Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Digital and Social Media Manager to join our team in Baulkham Hills.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital strategy, while overseeing all social media activity to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, execute and measure the various Valvoline social media accounts for AU and NZ including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.

Oversee and collaborate with the social media agency to plan, implement and optimise campaigns in line with business objectives.

Develop and share the Valvoline content calendar with relevant stakeholders.

Provide quarterly digital and social reports.

Manage & monitor Valvoline Australia and New Zealand’s SEO and SEM.

Develop, manage, monitor and execute promotional activity on the Valvoline Promotions website.

Respond to all customer queries from digital and social channels.

Develop and execute the digital and social media strategy document that outlines the direction of Valvoline’s digital and social platforms.

Keep up with evolving digital trends, audience behaviours and new tools to ensure we stay ahead in the social media space.
To be successful, you will have:
-
2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.

A tertiary qualification with a marketing discipline.
-
Experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms and analytics.
-
A can-do attitude, a learning mindset and a passion for evolving skills.
-
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
-
Skilled in fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with internal teams to drive digital success.

The ability to be computer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
