Job Purpose
This position is responsible for bring to live the S&OP/IBP management and process execution for Asia markets (excluded China and India). Key objective is to ensure S&OP/IBP management review, business plan sign off based on one set of number. He/ She will drive assumptions, risks, opportunities and scenarios to deliver revenue, cost, service and working capital objectives.
This position will lead the collaborative end-to-end planning and system implementation in close partnership with business, finance, and supply chain teams. He/ she will be leading the talent development and planning capabilities.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion S&OP/ IBP process implementation and business integration.
- Ensure execution S&OP/ IBP process through portfolio, demand, supply, financial reconciliation & executive reviews
- Ensure key assumptions, risks, opportunities, scenarios are evaluated and timely decisions to meet business objectives
- Own and champion S&OP/IBP metrics (LIFR, Forecast, Inventory, Capacity, etc.)
- Lead the S&OP/ IBP strategy & value creation.
- Drive forward looking planning approach for 24-36 months
- Partner within SC to develop network/ fulfilment/ service/ inventory strategy to deliver value creations
- Lead end-to-end planning processes and effectiveness.
- Develop demand plan for portfolio and market forecasting
- Conduct supply planning across planning areas (e.g.: production scheduling, capacity, raw & packaging materials and distribution)
- Lead planning system, analytics deployment and technology adoption.
- Responsible for setup, implementation and execution of ERP and APS tools
- Support development of S&OP analytics and dashboard development.
- Champion the S&OP/ IBP change management and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management to integrate S&OP/ IBP process into the organization
- Lead, coach and build planning talents and capabilities
What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required.
- APICS - CSCP / CPIM or IBF - CPF certifications preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience including S&OP/IBP & S&OE processes in a fast-moving goods or similarly complexity businesses
- Experience in leading regional S&OP is preferred with demonstrated people leadership.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge of end-to-end planning covering demand and supply
- EPP (SAP) knowledge and Advanced Planning System (OMP/Kinaxis/APO) experience
- Proven track record to lead and drive operational improvement using process excellence tools
- Strong business acumen and analytics mindset
