 As a Sales Account Manager IV you will be responsible to implement zonal plans in line with business targets and goals. Drives volume growth. Is accountable to provide directional support to sales representatives. Aside from that, listed below are your responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop sales plan to achieve targets.
  2. Control and supervise sales collection of subordinates.
  3. Develop and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  4. Coach and develop sales team to work smart and efficiently.
  5. Review sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets.
  6. Monitor competition and analyze the market and related products.
  7. Control subordinates' expenses to be within budgets and no misappropriation made.
  8. Evaluate equipment financing / equipment loan programs.
  9. Participate in Credit Board meeting.
  10. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

 

In order for your to do your job successfully, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, but preferably in Business Administration or Marketing re related field
  • At least 6+ years sales experience and team management experience in sales
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate, active, customer-focused, result-oriented, learning mindset, team-player
  • Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
  • Computer literacy i.e. MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
