How You’ll Make an Impact
RTM manager plays a critical supporting role in Valvoline Thailand and supporting Sales Manager – B2C in developing and executing successful strategies into market. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analyzing market trends to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of lubricant business coupled with highly data driven mindset.  And, work closely with COE – Customer Experience team in our region.

 

Responsibilities Include

  • Support the Sales Manager to generate and define key RTM metrics, prepare dashboard, tracking, and  presenting it to sales team and relevant stakeholder on target vs achievement.
  • Ensure that the key elements of the RTM strategy are implemented in line with agreed processes and timing.
  • Responsible for analyzing the data & generating conclusions & recommendations for strategic & operational changes to the RTM Philosophy and working.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and COE Customer Experience Team to ensure alignment and successful execution of the GTM plan. Increase network coverage (OD /ND/Through Put /Calls per month) by setting up clear objectives.
  • Manage data of Sales Capability assessment and publish periodic scorecards and dashboards.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering  with specialization in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institute will be a plus.
  • 8-10 years prior experience in Sales and marketing roles as RTM / Sales Operation
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Fair knowledge about entire DMS backend and front-end management and execution.
  • Out of Box thinker: likes to come up with new creative solutions.
  • Excellent Analytical/Problem solving skill.
  • Skill full level knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Strategy implementation & operations.
  • In depth knowledge of Route to Market Strategy, measuring sales force effectiveness with proven results orientation.
  • A Team Player with distinct abilities to work in varied environments.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Planning, Organizing, Co-ordinating & Monitoring skills.
  • Should possess good IT Skills & Knowledge.
  • Negotiation, Results Orientation & Customer Centricity.
