How You’ll Make an Impact

We need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert in our Customer Service environment. In the role, you would be responsible for coordinating shipment of export orders with Logistics, Planning, Plants, Warehouses, Transportation Partners (Freight Forwarders, Carriers, and Steamship Lines), and Third-Party Vendors Other responsibilites listed below:

  • Enter export sales order in SAP, including organizing POs into containers, according to weight limitations, product availability, and customers' need;
  • Work with pricing, master data, global products, and credit to complete order while assuring compliance of
    export shipments
  • Assist distributors, direct customers, JVs, licensees, affiliates and sales representatives regarding shipping requests and questions related to their orders.
  • Follow up on claims related to shipments.
  • Work on projects related to compliance and improvement.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
